No belly dancing, it's a small intimate environment
Great food and service, clean restaurant!
We ate off the small plates menu. The octopus a la plancha was the best of several dishes. It came in a close 2nd to the ones we had on Lima, Perú. Nowhere else has come close. The small carnita tacos were the best we have had anywhere. Marinated perfectly and finely shredded. The orange juice in the marinade was well balanced. Didn't go to heavy on the citrus. The Chile relleno with chicken, queso oxaca, a light cream sauce with pomegranate was a completely new experience for us. For dessert we shared the churros that come served with piping hot chocolate sauce and fresh whipped cream for dipping. Churros were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They were generously rolled in cinnamon. A great way to end an excellent meal.
If you are a local this restaurant is a must! If I lived near by I would make this my regular spot. Great specials, amazing drinks, chill atmosphere and service for those looking to relax. The bartender was well versed on the food and made an exceptional margarita. I have never heard of shrimp and chorizo in the same dish and this restaurant knows how to mix them just right. Not to mention they have shrimp and chorizo mac and cheese. The amount of chorizo in the mac and cheese was a little disappointing but the flavor made up for the lack of the visual appearance. The salmon appetizer with avocado and pineapple is a must! One of the owners, Omar, noticed I did not finish my paella and he took the time to ask me about the dish. That sort of attention to your patrons is something of real value. The winter squash paella dish has an amazing taste, just don't expect the sweet taste of the squash to stand out. I can't wait to visit family again so we can see what else this gem has to offer.
I got the beef tenderloin and it was great! The Chorizo Tater Tots were fire. Bar staff was really friend and awesome drinks.
Very cozy and great food love the steak, staff are very friendly
My favorite place place to dine.Great food, great drinks, great service. At a fair price. And now live jazz teusday! All i can say is Wow! This place just got better. Come down, and be treated like family. Thats what this place is all about.Tell them Rob sent you..really..see ya there 😊
Woke up with one regret that I didn't order at least one of their delicious tamales to go. Between my husband, bff and I we had 3 tamales, and it will be our new Sunday brunch ritual. I mean c'mon...when you find good authentic food alongside good authentic people, you give thanks and return to the good. Until then you slowly let regret pass on because you know it won't be long until you take the opportunity to choose wisely next time.Oh on that note...the next time you wake up wondering where you can get a great weekday meal or weekend brunch...wander over to Enrique's where authentic hospitality from Bea and her Honey will greet you with kindness, smiles and great recommendations like warm fresh mole, tamales and kumquat may martinis just to name of few.
Thisr tacos are amazing great food and nice size drinks.
The food is unique and incredible, especially the sauces (mole in particular). Try the chili relleno. It's so good. Cute, small, homey place.
Great food and service!
The place feels very open because of the huge open windows ... lol. Drinks were solid and the food was totally delicious. I had the fish taco and the chile relleno. I had the margarita especial. Make sure you stop by if you're in the area
Good food. A little pricey, but not out of line. Good service.
This place rocks. On a business trip, I walked in and it feels like vacation. Recommend!
Always amazed. Don't just go when it's sunny. Go anytime soon!
Cute place, great service, inventive twists to standards. A bit chilly, literally cold. A bit loud. And the bar takes up most of the place, on the bartender side. Good neighborhood hang.
The foods are delicious and their service is great. My family were really enjoying having dinner.
Food was awsome!!
Was there a day where they were not busy (2 PM) yet service was really slow even to get a glass of ice water. The items listed on the lunch menu were primarily appetizers. This is not a place to visit if your hungry and looking for a meal. Fish Tacos and Civiche Tostadas were quite tasty.
Great food and atmosphere. The new clam dish was amazing along with tbe short ribs in mole. I would come back! I heard they have a great brunch on the weekends.
The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered a bunch of shareable items and everything was amazing. They also have tequila flights which was cool to learn about the story behind the tequila they carry. Also they make their own jalapeño infused tequila for an amazing spicy marg!
Amazing food! Wonderful flavors!
Unknown Gem , it's new, great menu, and wine selection
This is by far the best chef/restaurant in the South Bay!!!! They soooo know what they are doing. Current, impeccable in every way! Love it!!!!
Very attentive service and personable ownership. New presentations of Mexican cuisine with fresh flavor combinations. Delightful specialty drinks as well. Definitely coming back to try additional items.
Food is unique but very good. Great bar and staff is excellent. The pork chop, chile relleno, salmon ceviche and avocado stuffed with crab are great. Price is the only downside.
Great brunch. Try the wet burrito. Excellent service and great staff. Pleasant and relaxing neighborhood place. The owners treat us like family.
Defenetely expensive, $20 for a shot of tequila.
This place is awesome!!! The food is amazing and the staff is fantastic!
Food was good but their customer service could be better. For some reason they wouldn't change a dollar for quarters for the parking meter. Also, they were in a rush to get an order and for us to pay. The waitress would hover over us. Since we were tired and hungry, we stayed.
A great place for food, or to hang out listening to jazz with a glass of wine, just don’t put it down or Angie might drink it......amazing staff and Management!
Food was great but main dish was brought out before appetizer was finished. Will just wait to order main next time.
Great food nice atmosphere. Not your standard Mexican restaurant. Nice selection of different plates. Chili relleno with pomegranate was excellent.
Great live music on Tuesday!! Food is delicious.
Really enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings, pleasant staff.
Great atmosphere and really good salmon and flan!!
Food was very good! Unique flavors---not traditional Mexican food. I had the carnitas sweet potato hash and eggs. Delicious! 4 starsThe service, on the other hand, was not acceptable nor professional When we arrived at 11 for brunch, there was no wait staff available to take orders and greet customers. Drink orders were forgotten and we had to chase someone down to order brunch. Food service was very slow and had to chase someone for a check. Looked like the wait staff arrived after noonThe problem is easily solved with alert, professional staff to make customers feel welcome immediately. The bartender was terrific! We would be glad to return if they addressed the service issues.
